Florent Frapolli - Managing Director - Europe
Florent Frapolli joined CIBT in 2012 and is the Managing Director of the European region. Under his leadership, CIBT has made a series of acquisitions and expanded across 12 Countries in Europe. Florent has a proven track record of successfully developing and growing businesses while maintaining a high level of customer service. Before joining CIBT, Florent held leadership roles at G4S in the aviation industry, DMD in the airlines inflight entertainment market and Iron Mountain in the Record Management industry. Florent is focused on developing the European business utilizing operational excellence to drive increased profitability. Florent is a graduate of Aix-Marseille University.
Carlos Claro – Managing Director
Carlos joined CIBT with the acquisition of Prima Visas in 2016. Following the successful integration of Prima into CIBTvisas, Carlos became the UK Business Development Director. In a relatively short time, Carlos delivered some significant results. He then moved into the role of Operations Director for the UK, driving quality initiatives and overseeing meaningful growth in our Customers' satisfaction. Carlos’s experience as the owner of a visa company along with his successful assignments in sales and operations makes him a strong leader for our UK business. Carlos is responsible for all commercial aspects of CIBT’s UK business and also maintaining the highest standards of quality for the benefit of our clients.
Ashok Sharma – European Operations Director
Ashok Sharma is the European Operations Director and is responsible for all operational aspects of the CIBT business across our 12 Countries in Europe. Since joining CIBT in 2010, Ashok has worked across a number of departments gaining extensive knowledge of the business. Prior to joining CIBT, Ashok worked with ING Direct. He is driven to ensure that the European operational teams provide the highest level of service each and every time our customers interact with CIBT.
